Tim Boyd, president of the American Section of the Theosophical Society spoke about being a student of life, walking your own Karmic path of destiny, and the wisdom of the past can be a daily guide in living well today. Ted Harper explored the Cosmos using the I-Ching and Sacred Geometry to understand the basic shapes and structures of an electromagnetic Universe and our connection to it. He looked at the inter-relation of pi, phi, Pythagoras, primes and people, with connections to the Fibonacci sequence and the Golden Mean. The uniqueness and the importance of the Waikato and the Wairua of our land was shared by Gary Cook as he brought together Maori spirituality and the Ancient Wisdom and its relationship with the local Devas and the wisdom of the land.
Hamilton Lodge did a sterling job of hosting the convention with a very interesting exhibition to view about the history of theosophy in Hamilton. Their hospitality won us all over. We thank them, Sandy Ravelli and her team, for helping put on such a fabulous convention for us all.
